Episode 1.
Caroline and I just got back from our first trip to the Grand Capucin, where she wanted to look at some classic alpine routes, and learn to walk on the glacier. It was a big deal for Caro, as she had always told me “I draw the line at snow!” We’ll I’d say that line has been well and truly crossed! She is in love with the place, and the routes, and we can’t wait to get back for more. Here is a short story on Steller about her trip.

This time we experienced some mountain bad weather, and started to realize that the mountain must be respected.
